OF STAR TREK AND DARWIN...
We marvel at the innovations of modern Twenty First Century civilization that we see and use all around us, and the rapid advance that technology has made, especially in the last 100 years. Our imaginations then carry us much further into the speculations and fantasies of science fiction, where even dreams have no limit.
The Television and film franchise Star Trek, debuting in 1966, captured the imagination of a world in the fledgling years of the Space Age. The voyagers of the Starship Enterprise were “boldly going where no man had gone before,” with unheard of technical advancements at their disposal. Warp Speed Drives, Artificial Gravity, Teletransporters, Food Replicators, 3D Holographic Interaction, All-Purpose Tricorders, Cloaking Devices, Instantaneous Subspace Communications and Highly Sophisticated Androids… all were routine for the intrepid explorers as they traversed the universe.
While some of the innovations in the Star Trek world have become reality - touch screens, small portable communicators, automatic sliding doors - the majority are still firmly in the realm of science fiction. Yet they are described in exacting technical language in many episodes and publications, with several USS Enterprise Technical Manuals on the market.
Even though such media material exists, an actual Starship Enterprise capable of manned exploration of interstellar space does not exist. These are highly technical and scientific sounding presentations of a subject that is a non-existent fiction.
Upon examining the claims of Neo-Darwinism, we find a similar disconnect from what is real vs fictional. Biogenesis vs Abiogenesis. Macroevolution vs Adaptation. Intelligent Design vs Random chance. Distinct Kinds vs Missing Links.
In any in-depth investigation, the proof needed to show Darwinistic evolution is completely lacking. No matter how technical sounding the arguments are made, the core premise does not stand up to scientific scrutiny. Random processes never produce order and complexity. The contrary occurs. Only purposeful, directed and intentionally focused constructive energy builds or maintains anything we’ve ever observed.

Do not be duped by the deceptive sounding pseudoscientific arguments of fools. Rather, trust the testimony of Him who made you, and all things by the Word of His power.
